• On the Forms Tab, complete and print the Payroll, Tax, and Other Mandatory Forms. Bring your completed forms on the first day you report to work.
• On the Medical Benefit and Additional Benefit tabs, review the information to help you make an informed decision about your benefit selections. You will be choosing your benefits within the first 31 days of your employment.
• On the Required Reading tab, review the identified Civil Service Rules and Regulations. While there are many Rules and Regulations that govern your employment with the state, please review these prior to your first day of work.
• On the Informational Review tab, you’ll find links to learn more about working for state government.
• On the MI HR tab, learn about the systems and resources available to assist you with HR needs.

MI HR provides two convenient ways to accomplish your HR needs.

• The MI HR Service Center is staffed from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm with HR professionals that are there to assist you with your benefit enrollment, tax updates, address changes and a wide variety of HR needs.
