Fight Aging with Healthy Foods and Exercise

WebMD suggests the following to fight aging:
  • Produce
  • Protein
  • Omega-3-Rich Fish
  • Whole Grains
  • Exercise
  • Red Wine
  • Green, Black, White, or Oolong Tea


  • For snacks dip into dark chocolate or a handful of nuts.
