No more excuses for eating junk food because you are “on the go” all of the time. Here are some healthy snacks that you can take with you:
  • a box of raisins
  • an apple
  • a small bag of nuts
  • low fat string cheese
  • celery or carrot sticks
  • vegetable juices
  • cherry tomatoes
Any of these would be better than a nutrient-empty candy bar.
