GENERAL INFORMATION
   
HOW TO REGISTER
  You will need to follow your agency's procedures to register for a Civil Service training session. Each agency has training registrars who are authorized to register employees for our training programs.  Please contact your agency registrar for assistance with your agency's policies and procedures regarding training. ACCOMMODATIONS
  Individuals requiring mobility, visual, hearing, or other assistance for effective course participation should indicate such needs when registering for a course. Agency training registrars should submit requests for special accomodations when registering employees for a training session.

CANCELLATIONS
  In the event you need to cancel your registration for a Civil Service training session, you must do so by the end registration date for the session. Please make every effort to cancel if you know you will be unable to attend as there may be employees on a waiting list who would like to attend the session.
   
SPECIAL SESSIONS - Bring Civil Service classes to your work site
  What is a Special Session?
A special session allows your organization to schedule a class for your group of employees. This is an alternative to registering staff for open enrollment programs scheduled by Civil Service.

Based on instructor availability, you select delivery dates and locations that work best for you. This reduces travel costs for your employees attending the training session.
   
  Tailored Just For You
With special sessions, the program may be tailored to meet your needs. You can consult with the instructor to identify your needs and determine how they should be addressed.
   
  Select Your Training Site
Choose your training site to reduce participant travel expenses. You may provide your own training room, borrow a room from another agency, or rent a room that suits your needs. You will need to supply the A/V equipment and support staff as needed.
   
  We Make It Simple
A telephone call is all it takes to get you started. Tell us what kind of training you need, how many people are to be trained, and when and where you want training to occur. Our professional staff will work with you to arrange convenient dates.
