SELF-SERVICE AVAILABILITY Limited Update* ....... Maintenance** May 28-29 June 1 June 11-12 June 15 June 25-26 June 29 July 9-10 July 13 * Limited Update occurs when the system temporarily blocks certain data changes while payroll related processing takes place. Accounts are still available to review, print or download data, and Performance Management is fully functional. Limited update generally happens for about 90 minutes each evening to process payroll changes from that day, and then from Tuesday morning to Thursday noon on non-pay weeks to process the full payroll. ** Maintenance occurs every other Saturday: the entire system goes off line; generally from 6 AM to 6 PM for regular system maintenance.
