SELF-SERVICE AVAILABILITY Limited Update* ....... Maintenance** Jan 24-25 Jan 28 Feb 7-8 Feb 11 Feb 21-22 Feb 25 Mar 6-7 Mar 10 * Limited Update occurs when the system temporarily blocks certain data changes while payroll related processing takes place. Accounts are still available to review, print or download data, and Performance Management is fully functional. Limited update generally happens for about 90 minutes each evening to process payroll changes from that day, and then from Tuesday morning to Thursday noon on non-pay weeks to process the full payroll. ** Maintenance occurs every other Saturday: the entire system goes off line; generally from 6 AM to 6 PM for regular system maintenance.
