What is "MI
HR" (pronounced MY HR)? What will "MI HR" do for me? MI HR Self-Service:
Most employees are already familiar with HRMN Self-Service. It will continue
to be a place you can view, update, and get information about your personnel
records, including:
MI HR Information: This new on-line access to HR information is tailored to you and your employment situation. It is written in an easy to understand format to cover the basic benefit, payroll, and HR issues most employees have at some point in their state careers. You can log in to your MI HR Information from the MI HR Employee Self-Service Gateway page or choose the MI HR Information link when you log into MI HR self-service. MI HR Service Center: The customer support center is just a phone call away. The center will be staffed with state employees trained as HR customer service representatives whose job focus is assisting you with questions or resolving basic problems related to your state employment experience. They will have information at their fingertips to help you understand and navigate the MI HR service system and assist you with making updates and changes to your records. The center will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can call the MI HR Service Center at 1 877-766-MIHR (6447). The MI HR Service Center also works through the Michigan Relay Center for employees who use TDDs or TTYs. HR Offices Emphasize Strategic Focus With routine HR issues being addressed via MI HR, your department's HR office can focus on assisting you with issues such as classifications, selections, recruitment, labor relations, performance management, disability management, and processing your payroll.
